How it starts, how we count and how we work together. Not in the list? Ask us.
Ask a questionNo. Every solution can be bought on its own: just a website, just a tool, or process improvement. Or combine them, as you like. See the solutions.
With an intake call about what you need: one solution, or more. Then you get a first proposal.
Yes, if it is clear what has to happen: Tools is a solution of its own. If it is not clear yet, we look at the process first, because automating a broken process only makes it break faster. And the lowest step that works wins: often a template or a checklist does the job.
Dutch and English. Your website can speak more languages than that: it is part of Websites.
That depends on what you need, so every price is on request: you get it in your first proposal, after the intake call. Send an enquiry. And every proposal has a number: what it costs you now, what it will cost, when it has paid for itself, and which assumption is the shakiest.
Only savings that come out of a calculation. Every number says whether it was measured, given by you or assumed, and assumptions come with a range, including what happens if things turn out worse.
In smaller businesses mostly in rework, Excel used as a database, email used as a workflow, slow follow-up of leads, retyping between systems and “only one person knows how”. On the revenue side it is rarely more leads, but conversion and churn: losing less of what already comes in.
No. We write down exactly what has to happen; one of your people presses the button.
Confidentiality is standard, with a data processing agreement for process data. We only use the personal data we need, no special categories, anonymous in reports, and one client’s data never reaches another.
No final advice. Every proposal gets a legal check before the business case; where a legal, tax or employment question comes up, we flag it and refer you to a specialist.
Process improvement affects jobs. We name the consequences for people explicitly. That choice is up to management, not hidden in a spreadsheet.
